Keep in mind here that I'm not claiming that Doug loves cock. It's just been alleged that he engages in man-love on a regular basis, as he spends so much time and effort railing against the sins of sodomy.
Note: I don't know whether Doug loves him some man-meat or not. The evidence speaks for itself, as the red flags about Doug's homosexuality are quite apparent and tells me he is hiding much more. If not just his homosexuality, what else is Doug hiding? Cross dressing? S&M? Disco? The mind reels with the possibilities of the behavior that Doug is allegedly engaging in.
....
I like how the word "allege" is a free pass to say any whacky thing and not take responsibility for it.
That "change" in the UK form of government actually dates back to 1688, with the disposition of James II.
William & Mary signed the "Declaration of Rights". See;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_of_Rights_1689
That act, along with the Magna Carta, the Habeas Act of 1679 and Parliament acts of 1911 and 1949 are considered the key events in British law.
In fact, the English Bill of Rights was a direct inspiration for the US Bill of Rights.
Note: the date 1689. See how that pre-dates the founding of the United States, as it's Constitution was adopted in 1787. Thus, a difference of about 100 years.
Kris did articulate basic errors in Loki's and your view of US law. You've claimed "Loki" as a "Constitutional scholar". What qualifications does he have? Does merely reading the US Constitution give a person that qualification? Does Loki have a blog?
While I await your answers, I will contemplate the fun things that can be "alleged". It opens the door to just about anything I guess.
