I called my employer's assistance program, and got a list of 4 psychologists in Frisco. I'll need to pick one and call to schedule an appointment.
MaryBeth came by today with her husband and daughter. She took some stuff. I cried.
It's okay that she takes stuff.. she asks me first. I just can't stand the thought of my surroundings changing any more than they have.
My surroundings have to change in a big way.. and soon. I feel completely incapable of doing that.
