BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi Prime Minister Prime Nuri al-Maliki said on Monday that an agreement had been reached in negotiations on a security pact with the United States to end any foreign military presence in Iraq by the end of 2011.

"There is an agreement actually reached, reached between the two parties on a fixed date which is the end of 2011 to end any foreign presence on Iraqi soil," Maliki said in a speech to tribal leaders in the Baghdad's heavily fortified Green Zone.

But.. but.. John McCain told me that staying is winning, and leaving is losing!?!?

Why does the Iraqi Prime Minister want us to lose?

Was this approved by the Bush administration? Why does George Bush want us to lose?

I thought if we left, that means that Al Qaeda wins!?! Why do they all want the terrorists to win?

Only slightly more seriously.. McCain sole avenue of attack was to portray Obama as wanting us to "lose" by setting a firm deadline for the removal of troops. Now, the Bush administration has set a time table more aggressive than what Obama proposed.

Obama had only suggested we begin withdrawing troops. Bush has taking the issue completely off the table by setting a total withdrawal date.

And the loons go absolutely apeshit. This is supposed to be the "global front on the war on terra!".. and I guess the war is over now? Did we win?

I thought it was the great holy war.. world war.. and all that.. where Doug thought we needed to destroy some cities and "turn sand to glass".. and now we're leaving?

And what did we buy with billions of dollars, thousands of American dead, and hundreds of thousands of Iraqi dead?

I guess John McCain can just shut the fuck up about Obama wanting America to "lose" - now that Chimpy has "lost" for him.. right?
